Rodgers

Another well-known Sheffield firm, the famous maltese cross and star of Joseph Rodgers can be traced back to 1764, when it was registered. The earlier history of the firm is a bit murky; by the 19th century they had a royal warrant and were known for producing the finest cutlery. Also included here are other Rodgers, such as George Rodgers, and blades not marked explicitly with ‘Joseph’.
